Our apartment is on the ground floor, with 54 m² of enclosed space and a 19 m² balcony, and is furnished.
Set in the loveliest surroundings of Bafra on the turquoise east coast, this resort, with a new 18-hole international golf course that is nearly complete, has spared no expense in providing high standards in everything from the apartments to the gardens surrounding the complex.
Rental income guarantee of up to 8% per year.
The buildings are equipped with lifts and ramps providing access to all floors for disabled guests. The resort's wonderful beach is only a few minutes' walk from the apartments.
The complex has its own restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is also a small mini-market where you can stock up on basic necessities. Food and drink packages are available at the beach gazebos, and there is a Pool Bar and a communal barbecue by the pool. Drinks for the perfect sunset cocktail are available at the Sunset Bar on the jetty.
Local supermarkets less than 10 minutes away by car offer a wider choice of shopping. There are two local pharmacies at the same distance, and the nearest medical facility is only 3.2 km away. If you do not want to hire a car from the resort, a local taxi rank is ready to take you wherever you wish. Mountain bikes are also available for off-site activities.
With local 5-Star hotels offering casinos and additional dining options, there is plenty on offer for more entertainment. The charming historic city of Famagusta, with its city walls and Othello Tower and its many sightseeing, shopping and dining options, is a must-see. Try the pretty Boğaz harbour area, where you can spend relaxing hours with a view while eating freshly caught fish at one of the superb local restaurants. İskele, the coastal region south of the resort, offers alternative beaches and, again, plenty of dining options. And of course, the resort is only an hour's drive from the start of the unspoiled Karpaz Peninsula, where nature rewards you with some of the most beautiful beaches in Northern Cyprus.
