This project is located within the boundaries of the Municipality of Peristeri. Public transport in the area is very good, as the “Anthoupoli” station of the Attica Metro is nearby, approximately 450 meters from the property.
As in most areas of Athens, Peristeri is undergoing change. Former commercial buildings are already being acquired and renovated to be converted into large-scale housing.
Current demand cannot be met by supply, and we expect this to indicate that now is a good time to enter the Peristeri market. In addition, this area will continue to benefit from the golden visa advantage for properties priced under €250,000.
